The PhunkyFoods Programme aims to help early years settings and primaryschools to deliver a whole-settings approach to healthy lifestyles andto engage with all pupils, and their families, in promoting tangiblehealth behaviour changes in a fun, lively and positive manner.

As well as curriculum resources, the site offers 8 short sessions on mindfulness.

Schools can access a plethora of resources:

  • Breakfast and after school clubs

  • Cooking clubs

  • Gardening Clubs

  • Parents and carers

  • Blogs

  • Ambassador Programme - fully supported by PhunkyFoods- Student led research and action for school improvement

All of the resources are developed by experts, and are reviewed and evaluated regularly.
